Arnold & Porter Opens Newark Office Led by Former U.S. Attorney (Corrected)

Arnold & Porter has opened a new office in Newark, N.J., led by one of the state’s former U.S. attorneys, Paul J. Fishman.

“Given our substantial relationships with New Jersey-based companies, and those doing business in the state, our presence in Newark will enhance our ability to effectively represent clients in this important market,” firm Chairman Richard M. Alexander said in a statement.

The life sciences and healthcare regulatory field will be a major focus of the Newark office, Fishman told Bloomberg Law.

Fishman will be joined by John M. Fietkiewicz.
