Jonathan Segal is a partner at Duane Morris LLP in its Employment Practices Group. Previously a litigator, Segal’s practice now focuses almost entirely on preventive counseling, strategic planning, management training and policy development. His practice has a particular focus on maximizing gender equality in organizations by way of avoiding systemic and implicit bias and increasing inclusion. Segal has testified, on behalf of the Society for Human Resource Management, before the EEOC on social media and the U.S. Civil Rights Commission on background checks. He was appointed by the EEOC to its Select Task Force on Harassment.
