Baker McKenzie Sets Gender Goals, Aims for More Women Partners (1)

Baker McKenzie is setting new global gender targets for promoting, recruiting and hiring, including plans to boost the number of women partners.

The firm in coming years is aiming for a composition of 40 percent women, 40 percent men and 20 percent flexible, a category which includes women, men or non-binary persons, or those whose gender identity is not strictly male or female.

The goal applies to firm partners, senior business professionals, firm committee leadership and candidate pools for recruitment.
