Baker McKenzie Shuffles Leadership With Former Chair’s Hiatus (Corrected)

Baker McKenzie unveiled a change in its leadership at the firm’s partnership meeting—three new executive firm members and three new regional chairs.

The change came on the heels of chairman Paul Rawlinson’s announcement in October that he was taking personal leave to deal with a medical issue connected to exhaustion. Jaime Trujillo Caicedo, Baker McKenzie’s first Latin American chair, is running the firm in Rawlinson’s absence.

Caicedo will have three new executive firm members to work with. They include Esteban Raventos in Barcelona, Michael Santa Maria in Dallas, and Michael Wong in Taipei.
