CBS News settled a lawsuit with three former employees who alleged they were sexually harassed by “CBS This Morning” host Charlie Rose and the network didn’t take appropriate action in response to complaints.
Terms of the settlement weren’t disclosed in a filing last week in New York state court. The women’s claims against Rose, named as a co-defendant in the suit, remain pending.
A spokesman for CBS said the terms of the settlement are confidential at the request of the women. The lawyer representing the women didn’t respond to a request for comment.
