CEO’s Employment Pact Fair Game in Worker’s Lawsuit

A credit union employee who alleges she was illegally demoted and fired is entitled to review the employment agreement of the institution’s chief executive, a federal district court in Louisiana ruled.

Judge Richard L. Bourgeois of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana Aug. 28 said the document is relevant to Andrea Bradley-Cornish’s allegation that she was disciplined in violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act for medical absences due to hypertension and depression.
