Chadbourne Partner Seeks to Block Firm’s Vote to Oust Her

The three women suing Chadbourne & Parke for alleged gender discrimination asked a Manhattan federal judge Wednesday to enjoin the firm’s “misleading, coercive” and “abusive” communication with potential class members, and to block an upcoming vote to expel lead plaintiff Kerrie Campbell from Chadbourne’s partnership.

The move comes one week after Chadbourne announced the firm’s partnership would vote to expel Campbell, saying the decision was an “inevitable result of the choices [she] has made.”
