Changing of the Guard at Fox Rothschild

Fox Rothschild announced on Tuesday that its managing partner Mark Silow , who oversaw 12 years of growth, is stepping down as managing partner and transitioning to chairman, effective April 2017.

Mark Morris, a real estate lawyer in the Philadelphia office, will become the next managing partner.

Founded in Philadelphia in 1907, the firm had 250 lawyers when Silow took over in 2004 and was considered a largely regional firm.
