Cohen’s Legal Team Has Until Mid-June to Review Documents, Judge Says

Michael Cohen’s legal team has until mid-June to complete a review of documents seized by the FBI in an April raid by investigators probing possible bank fraud by President Donald Trump’s longtime personal lawyer and fixer, a judge said.

At a hearing in Manhattan Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Kimba Wood urged Cohen’s lawyers to go faster in reviewing the material. Todd Harrison, a lawyer for Cohen, had asked for another month to review the documents. He said mobile devices took them the longest to review, adding that they’d received 19 devices, including thumb drives.
