The law firm Cooley LLP signed a deal to move its New York headquarters to 55 Hudson Yards, a skyscraper under construction on Manhattan’s far west side.
The lease is for 130,000 square feet (12,000 square meters) across five floors near the top of the tower, landlord Related Cos. said in an emailed statement. Cooley will join law firms Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP and Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP in the skyscraper.
Others that have agreed to take space include Intercept Pharmaceuticals Inc., Point72 Asset Management and Silver Lake.
