Court Grills Attorneys For Suing Chipotle

A Texas federal court held lawyers in contempt on Mar. 19 for filing a complaint that violated a nationwide injunction. But the court gave the lawyers some breathing room Mar. 23 when it stayed its order.

This is yet another case from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas in recent weeks that demonstrates the court holds all lawyers accountable for their conduct, even associates.
