Dell’s Debt Among Potential Reasons for Going Public Again

Michael Dell is returning his namesake technology company back to public markets, less than five years after the firm went private following his $25 billion buyout with private equity firm Silver Lake. Company debt and the recently enacted tax law’s interest rate deduction restrictions are some of the possible reasons for Dell’s decision, according to Bloomberg Law Senior Legal Editor Andrew Hubley.
