Dentons Combining With South Korean Law Firm (Corrected)

Dentons is expanding its Asia footprint by combining with South Korean law firm Lee International.

The combination, Dentons said, will make it the only global law firm with a Korean legal practice, and bolster its ability to provide legal services to Korean companies doing business around the world.

The combination will take effect in the next several months, depending on partner approval and meeting regulatory requirements.
