‘Diddy’ Rebukes Comcast Over High Court Civil Rights Dispute (2)

Sean “Diddy” Combs doesn’t want his business with Comcast to be used as evidence that the telecommunications giant is friendly with black-owned media, the media mogul said in a statement Nov. 21.

Comcast is urging the U.S. Supreme Court to set a high bar for bringing discrimination suits in a case that was previously argued at the court. In its brief to the justices, Comcast pointed to Combs’ and former NBA great Earvin “Magic” Johnson’s business with Comcast as evidence of its inclusive policies.
