Philip Miscimarra, fresh off his departure as chairman of the National Labor Relations Board, has landed back at management-side firm Morgan Lewis.
Just as he was before his 2013-2017 tenure at the labor board, Miscimarra will be a partner representing businesses at Morgan Lewis. He will work out of the firm’s Chicago and Washington offices, Morgan Lewis announced today in a press release. Miscimarra will be focusing his practice on traditional labor law matters.
