Misha Tseytlin, the former solicitor general of Wisconsin, has joined Troutman Sanders in Chicago as head of its national appellate and Supreme Court practice.
Tseytlin helped found the Wisconsin SG’s office in 2015 and while there, secured two high-profile Supreme Court wins in Murr v. Wisconsin and Gill v. Whitford.
During his time in the SG’s office, Tseytlin ruffled some political feathers by taking on what some called partisan cases challenging federal laws including the Clean Air Act and the Affordable Care Act.
