Fake Match.com Profile of Opponent Gets Lawyer Suspended

A lawyer who created a mean-spirited, false Match.com profile for an adversary was suspended for six months by the Illinois Supreme Court Sept. 20.

Drew Randolph Quitschau was a partner at Thomson & Weintraub who primarily handled divorce cases. He frequently opposed Michelle Mosby-Scott in those cases, the hearing board for the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission said in a June 6, 2018 report.

Quitschau testified that he was frustrated with how Mosby-Scott handled her cases, but never confronted her about it.
