The Florida Bar said Mar. 23 that DOJ missed the mark in arguing that the bar isn’t automatically entitled to state actor immunity from antitrust claims.
DOJ Mar. 12 filed a “statement of interest” in a case where TIKD Services, LLC, a startup that charges flat fees to resolve traffic tickets, sued the Florida Bar and others for alleged antitrust violations. 33 Law.
