Fox Broadcasting Co. is attempting to sideline a lawsuit seeking $30 million in a case over footage of legendary boxer Muhammad Ali that aired in a Super Bowl LI spot.
The case started when Muhammad Ali Enterprises filed a complaint in 2017 against Fox, alleging unauthorized use of Ali’s identity in a commercial that Fox aired and produced.
