General Electric Anticipates Negative EU Merger Probe Decision

• GE comments in regulatory filing on EU investigation • EU last year targeted GE over data provided in wind-power deal

General Electric Co. said it expects a negative decision, which could bring a fine, from a European Union antitrust investigation that alleges it misled a merger review last year, the company said in a regulatory filing.
