Gorsuch Primed to Rule Against Trump on Immigration, Again

Justice Neil M. Gorsuch appeared ready to side with his more liberal colleagues and give some immigrants in the U.S. illegally another shot at staying in the country.

President Donald Trump, who nominated Gorsuch to the high court, was reportedly annoyed by Gorsuch’s vote in a recent immigration case that went against the government.

Gorsuch seemed likely to do it again.
