Government Scientist Group Wants Documents About EPA Critic

A group that represents environmental employees at federal, state, and local government agencies is suing for information on what it describes as the Environmental Protection Agency’s “weaponized press office.”

A complaint filed April 5 under the Freedom of Information Act asks a federal court to force the release of documents related to the agency’s reaction to a “farewell message” from former EPA employee Elizabeth Southerland.
