Is King & Wood Mallesons Not Out of the Woods Yet?

Just when King & Wood Mallesons looked to have raised capital to overcome its financial challenges, a new report says the global firm held off on paying partners their profit distributions in July.

Legal Week’s Rose Walker reports :

KWM overhauled its profit distribution structure earlier this year and moved to a monthly payment system. Until June, distributions had been paid out by the end of each month at the latest. But no partner profit distribution was made in July.
