Jenner & Block announced it has hired David Bitkower, former principal deputy assistant attorney general in the Justice Department’s criminal division, as a partner in its white collar practice in the Washington, D.C. office.
Bitkower was one of three political appointees in the criminal division, and helped expand the ability of the FBI to search computer records, which he defended as necessary to protect children from predators.
