Junior Employee of Dewey & LeBoeuf Cleared of Charges

Zachary Warren, the junior staff employee who faced criminal charges of accounting fraud in connection with the bankruptcy of Dewey & LeBoeuf, was officially cleared of those charges on Friday following a court hearing in Manhattan.

Last February, Warren, 32, entered a deferred prosecution agreement with Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, under the terms that charges would be dropped in one year if he completed 350 hours of community service.
