Know Your Judge: Pa.'s Conti Breaks Ground on ‘No Poach’ Claims

This week, Know Your Judge heads to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania to check in with Chief Judge Joy Flowers Conti, who will be breaking ground on a new type of case against employers that agreed not to hire each other’s workers.

The case is In re: Railway Industry Employee No-Poach Antitrust Litigation. A total of 26 actions are consolidated in the multi-district case so far, all brought (as the name suggests) by current or former employees of the railroad industry.
