Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel has added Colin Bumby, formerly of McGuireWoods, as a partner in New York in its mergers and acquisitions and private equity practices.
Bumby was counsel and an associate at Latham & Watkins for 11 years prior to moving to McGuireWoods as a partner last March.
He represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies and public and private companies in matters including M&A, dispositions, complex investments, and joint ventures.
He has represented principal parties in M&A transactions totaling more than $45 billion in the aggregate.
