Late Justice Scalia’s Son Returns to Greenberg Traurig

John Scalia, son of the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, has returned to Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its labor and employment practice in Northern Virginia.

Scalia is joining the Miami-based firm from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman where he was senior counsel in its Washington office.

Scalia works with employers on many aspects of their day-to-day workplace issues. He regularly defends employers in breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation and whistleblower claims, among other matters, in federal and state courts. He also works on private mediations and arbitration proceedings.
