LeClairRyan Adds Eight Partners in Newark

LeClairRyan announced it added eight partners to its bankruptcy practice, plus seven support staff in its Newark office.

The partners join from the boutique firm, Forman Holt Eliades & Youngman, and included most of that firm: Charles Forman, Michael Holt, Daniel Eliades, Erin Kennedy, Kim Lynch, William Waldman, David Catuogno and Michael Connolly.

The joining group has represented franchisers in state and federal courts, financial institutions in loan restructuring, collection and foreclosure matters and timeshare resort owners in various capacities, according to a press release.

LeClairRyan now says it has 50 attorneys in its bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice.
