Legal Sector Adds 600 Jobs in November

The U.S. legal sector gained 600 jobs in November,as the overall economyadded 211,000 jobs, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The stock market rallied around the numbers, which produced renewed predictions that the Fed will raise interest rates.

The total size of the legal sector grew to 1,127,600 jobs — up from 1,127,000 last month.

In October, the legal sector added 1,300 jobs while the overall economy added 298,000 jobs.

Overall unemployment held steady at five percent.
