HighQ acquired legal software and technology company Legal Anywhere. With the acquisition, clients from both companies will have access to their combined expertise and resources. Financial details of the transaction weren’t revealed.

The suite will combine leading legal applications such as eDOCS, Axcelerate, EnCase and Decisiv.

Epiq expands Swiss business with data center launch
The data center, located in Zurich, provides secure, local hosting for the company’s Swiss clients. The infrastructure of the center is built in accordance with the Uptime Institute’s Tier IV standards and meets high performance connectivity, security and energy efficiency standards. Client data stored at the site is also backed up to another Swiss location.

Epiq to offer eDiscovery, transcriptions services on G-Cloud 10 marketplace
Epiq’s services are now being listed on the G-Cloud 10 framework and available for purchase to public sector organizations without the need for a full tender or competitive procurement process.
