The New York boutique litigation firm Selendy & Gay is only ten months old, but its year-end associate bonuses are already surpassing the high-water marks set by many top law firms for these payouts.
Selendy & Gay, which was founded by former partners from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, on Dec. 10 announced a bonus scale that ranges from $22,500 for members of 2017 and 2018 associate classes, up to $135,000 for associates from the class of 2012.
