London Regulator Wants Uber Compliance Audit Every Six Months

London’s transport regulator urged the judge reviewing Uber Technologies Inc.’s appeal of its license ban to require an audit of the car service’s attempts to improve safety for passengers and drivers every six months as the agency tries to tighten its oversight.
