McDermott Will & Emery has hired Kerry Scanlon in its Washington, D.C. office to head its national labor and employment practice.
Scanlon, a litigator who works on wage and hour class actions, discrimination and other complex cases, arrives from Kaye Scholer with fellow partner Jeremy White and two associates. He had been co-head of Kaye Scholer’s labor and employment group.
