Milbank Snags London M&A Partner From McDermott

Milbank has added mergers and acquisitions attorney Lisa O’Neill from McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in its London office, bolstering its global corporate capabilities.

O’Neill’s practice focuses on advising companies on transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, takeovers, joint ventures, reorganizations, and commercial contracts.

Her clients have included international energy companies, infrastructure funds, private equity funds, and financial institutions.
