Morgan Lewis & Bockius has hired top Labor Department attorney Susan Harthill as a partner in its labor and employment practice, one of several lateral hires the firm has made from government.
Harthill was deputy labor solicitor for national operations since early 2014, and is one of several senior career attorneys to leave or retire from the agency recently.
She oversaw the providing of legal services to all Labor Department programs that administer and enforce some 160 labor and employment laws.
