Morgan, Lewis & Bockius has hired corporate transactions lawyer Russell Franklin away from Paul Hastings in New York in a move that will deepen Morgan Lewis’ bench as it advises clients working on M&A and joint ventures.
Franklin has worked on deals in a range of sectors, from healthcare to financial services to insurance. His clients have included the YES Network, Goldman Sachs and Quicorp SA, Peru’s largest private healthcare company. He’s also worked with private equity players like EG Capital.
