Munger Tolles to Offer 18 Weeks of Paid Parental Leave

Munger Tolles & Olson is the latest Big Law firm to revamp its parental leave policy with its announcement that as of August it will provide its attorneys with 18 weeks of paid parental leave, plus additional time for birth mothers.

Those who have given birth will receive an additional six to eight weeks of paid disability leave, for a total of up to 26 weeks. This makes Munger Tolles’ leave offering one of the most generous in Big Law.
