New York Law Firm Adds Accountant Liability Defense Practice

New York law firm Mintz & Gold has established a practice group defending accounting firms and their employees in civil lawsuits, regulatory agency investigations, and professional disciplinary actions.

The accountants’ liability practice, to be headed by attorney Richard Breslow, was launched in response to client demand, the firm said in a Sept. 10 announcement.
