O’Melveny Unveils New ‘MediaTech’ Group in LA’s Silicon Beach

O’Melveny & Myers is launching a new Los Angeles-based group that will serve a growing number of tech and media clients looking to profit off increasing business collaboration between Hollywood and Silicon Valley.

“O’Melveny MediaTech” aims to guide established and emerging companies and their investors as they grow and expand into content development and distribution. The new group based in LA’s burgeoning Silicon Beach startup community will have more than 20 lawyers nationally in the firm’s offices in California and New York and will be led by M&A partner T. Hale Boggs.
