Perspective: The Growth Aspirations of Chicago Law Firm Leaders

We recently set out to learn more about the growth aspirations of leaders of Chicago law firms with 300 or less attorneys. In addition to being informed by ongoing conversations with law firm leaders and anecdotal evidence we come across in our work, we also developed aconfidential survey . Our principal method of administering the survey was to conduct one-on-one interviews.
