Plaintiffs’ Lawyers Take a Lower Cut of Settlement in Poaching Case

When it comes to Silicon Valley, even lawyers can get disrupted.

Attorneys representing the class alleging that companies such as Apple Inc. and Google Inc. refrained from poaching each other’s talent haven’t raised their request for attorneys’ fees even though the settlement has gotten larger.

In a bid to complete a $415 million antitrust settlement in the case, lawyers for employees suing tech companies have dropped the percentage of the settlement that they’re willing to accept to get the deal done, Joel Rosenblatt of Bloomberg New reported.
