Prominent Corporate Litigator Sued by Cyclist (Docket Scanner)

Typically, Big Law Business publishes a Docket Scanner report every two weeks that includes a round-up of large law firms found to be parties in litigation.

Today, we add to that list a case involving a prominent retired Big Law partner — not a firm — for a quick docket report based on docket searches from Aug. 9 to Aug. 15.

Via Bloomberg Law:

• Thomas Allingham II, a retired Skadden Arps partner and prominent corporate lawyer in Delaware, was sued earlier this month by a cyclist who claims injuries from an accident two years ago.
