Sex Harassment Working Group in Judiciary Releases Findings

Every federal circuit should get funding for services to handle workplace discrimination issues and sexual harassment training, a June 4 report from the group established to look at sex harassment in the judiciary said.

The report points to the Ninth Circuit’s newly created Director of Workplace Relations as a model.

The Federal Judiciary Workplace Conduct Working Group released 24 recommendations based on its months-long investigation into the federal judicial workplace.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit announced June 4 it had formed a six-member workplace conduct committee to address the working group’s findings.
