Sheppard Mullin Brings Aboard FTC Antitrust Lawyer (1)

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP is adding former Federal Trade Commission lawyer Thomas Dillickrath as a partner for antitrust and competition. He will be located in Washington.

Dillickrath had been deputy chief trial counsel at the FTC’s Bureau of Competition where he litigated cases the commission brought involving mergers and acquisitions and other business practices which affected consumers.

He was lead trial counsel in the commission’s successful litigation blocking Wilhelmsen Maritime Services proposed $400 million acquisition of Drew Marine Group, and Sanford Health’s proposed acquisition of Mid Dakota Clinic on grounds the consolidation would reduce competition for medical services ...
