Shkreli Blamed Lawyers, Now Lawyer Blames Shkreli

Martin Shkreli, the former hedge fund manager accused of defrauding shareholders while CEO of Retrophin Inc, has spent months blaming his lawyers, and now one of them is hitting back (United States v. Shkreli, E.D.N.Y., 15-cr-00637, filing 2/17/17).

Evan Greebel, the former Kaye Scholer partner who was outside counsel to Retrophin and was indicted in December 2015 alongside Shkreli for allegedly participating in three interrelated fraud schemes, is blaming Shkreli.
