Squire Patton Boggs Losing More London Lawyers to Crowell

Andrew Knight, a finance lawyer who specializes in representing asset-backed lenders, is the latest in a series of partners to depart Squire Patton Boggs’ London office for Crowell & Moring’s expanding outpost in the city.

Knight, who will join the corporate and financial services practices at Crowell & Moring, works with banks and non-banks, in the U.S., U.K and beyond. He has served as lead counsel on matters related to the collapse of the Icelandic bank Landsbanki and as lead counsel to lenders financing the acquisition of BritishSteel by Greybull Capital.
