Jeffrey L. Fisher, a top Supreme Court litigator and Stanford Law professor, has joined O’Melveny Myers as special counsel, the firm announced April 23.
But Fisher joked to Bloomberg law that he won’t be leading any investigations of the firm.
In fact, Fisher doesn’t anticipate changing the work he’s doing, which is “interesting and important Supreme Court work,” he said.
