Suit in Poland Seeks to Halt Sale of Pro-Hitler Books

Dentons is representing three elderly Polish citizens, survivors of the Holocaust and the Warsaw Ghetto, in a lawsuit against publishers of two books promoting Adolf Hitler and Nazism and denying the Holocaust.

The suit seeks an order preventing the Polish publisher, Katmar sp. z.o.o., from selling, distributing or promoting “The Age of Hitler 1" and “The Age of Hitler 2,” written decades ago by Leon Degrelle, the infamous Belgian SS officer.

It also seeks compensation to be paid to two Polish non-profit organizations, Wojciech Kozlowski, the Dentons partner in Warsaw handling the case, told Bloomberg Law in an email.
