These Four Metrics Helped Build Orrick’s Supreme Court Practice

When the San Francisco-based Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe hired E. Joshua Rosenkranz in October 2008 to launch its Supreme Court and appellate practice, he took several months and drafted a list of metrics that could be used to measure his success.

One goal was to land on every single general counsel’s short list of legal advisors for a high stakes appellate matter.
